Job summary

Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi is seeking a Hostess to deliver excellent and consistent service in its dining outlets. You will welcome guests, manage outlet inventory, and assist service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in hotel operations, strong customer service and English skills; additional languages such as German, Russian or Mandarin are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of work experience in hotel operations.
• Experience as Hostess is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of German/Russian/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive guests in the hotel's restaurants and welcome them warmly.
• Assist with inventory management for the outlet.
