Job summary

Accor in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced F&B service professional to provide prompt, courteous dining experiences for guests in a luxury hotel environment.

You will be responsible for delivering menu knowledge, assisting with child-specific options, and maintaining a polished restaurant area with attention to cleanliness and safety. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic and French helping guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Have prior experience within a similar luxury hotel/established restaurant environment.
• Be fun, energetic and have a passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English speaker, Arabic & French are also preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous F&B service to hotel guests.
• Know all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods and convey details to guests.
• Present children's menus and describe specials and alternatives.
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in a professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to ring up sales, print checks and close checks.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly restaurant during service.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation and hygiene policies and report any guest concerns to the manager.
