Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Bartender or Bar Server in a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or fine dining venue.
• Strong mixology and beverage presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of local licensing laws and food safety requirements.
• Well-groomed, confident, and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and provide attentive, professional service throughout their visit.
• Prepare, mix, and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks.
• Highlight promotions and recommend beverages to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area.
• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle all cash and card transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant and service teams.
• Create a lively bar atmosphere while maintaining professionalism.
• Follow local regulations regarding responsible alcohol service.
