Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to lead the hotel’s social media strategy and content storytelling. You will work across brand priorities, coordinating with teams across departments to deliver high-quality content that showcases luxury hospitality experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in social media or related fields, with a proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, brand communications, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media channels, content calendars, campaigns, creator activity, reporting and community management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the hotel’s social media strategy across relevant platforms.
• Lead monthly and quarterly content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Coordinate content production with internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee publishing and optimization of content across priority channels.
• Manage community responses, sentiment, and escalation handling.
• Coordinate influencer, creator, and partnership activities and tracking.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality, Business or a related field
