Hyde Hotels is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments, delivering exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay. You will greet guests, coordinate VIP arrivals, manage requests, and maintain guest profiles to enhance future interactions.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in guest relations, front office or customer service within a luxury five-star hotel
• Experience handling VIP guests and managing special requests
• Proficiency with hotel PMS such as Opera or similar platforms
• Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking capability
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in the lobby with warmth and professionalism; escort to accommodations and ensure seamless check-in
• Coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals, room allocations, welcome amenities, and express check-in
• Attend daily luxury briefings to stay informed of VIP arrivals and preferences; relay to departments
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with discretion; document and address needs promptly
• Manage guest complaints with empathy; collaborate with management to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed guest history records and preference profiles for personalization
• Liaise across departments to coordinate services and special arrangements
• Support Front Office during peak periods and busy operations
• Encourage guest feedback via questionnaires and surveys
• Maintain impeccable grooming and presentation reflecting the luxury brand
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned
