Hyde is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments, delivering exceptional service and ensuring memorable stays.

You will manage VIP arrivals, coordinate with Front Office, and maintain guest histories to personalize experiences while upholding luxury standards. Flexibility for rotating shifts is required in a five-star environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service in luxury five-star hospitality.
• Fluent English; other languages (French/Spanish/Arabic) are highly desirable.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS (Opera or similar).

Aufgaben

• Greet and welcome guests in the lobby with warmth and professionalism, escorting them and ensuring a seamless check-in.
• Coordinate with Front Office for VIP arrivals, including room allocations and express check-in.
• Attend daily luxury briefings to stay informed on VIP arrivals and guest preferences and communicate to departments.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with discretion and efficiency; document special needs.
• Manage guest complaints with empathy and work with management to resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed guest history and preference profiles to personalize future interactions.
• Collaborate across hotel departments to coordinate services and special arrangements.
• Support Front Office during peak periods and busy operations; remain flexible.
• Encourage guest feedback via questionnaires and surveys for continuous improvement.
• Maintain impeccable grooming and professional presentation standards in line with luxury branding.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
