Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a Kiosk Sales Representative for luxury retail environments in Dubai. You will engage discerning customers, demonstrate premium fragrance products, and guide personalized scent consultations to meet sales targets.

Based in a high-traffic mall or department store, you will maintain an inviting kiosk, handle POS transactions, and participate in merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service to elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Grooming and professionalism aligned with luxury brand.

Responsibilities

• Use strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present and demonstrate products effectively, highlighting key features, benefits, and promotions.
• Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to process sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep the kiosk clean, tidy, and visually appealing; replenish stock and organize displays.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and participate in promotions.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or special orders.
