Job summary

Dr Scent is seeking a Kiosk Sales Representative for its luxury fragrance brand, based in a mall or department store. You will engage discerning customers, provide personalized scent consultations, and help drive sales while maintaining the kiosk’s premium presentation.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, experience in retail or direct sales, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not always required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Build rapport and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration & Sales: Present products, highlight features, answer questions, close sales, upsell, and promote bundles.
• Transaction Handling: Operate POS, process payments, and keep accurate daily sales records.
• Kiosk Maintenance & Merchandising: Keep kiosk clean and visually appealing, replenish stock, and follow branding guidelines.
• Sales Goals & Performance: Meet/exceed targets and participate in promotions.
• Customer Service & Issue Resolution: Explain warranties/returns and handle inquiries or complaints.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and report shortages, assist with receiving stock.
