Job summary

AB Middle East Limousine Services is seeking a focused Dispatch & Fleet Coordinator to manage premium fleet logistics across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The role involves optimizing fleet utilization, assigning experienced chauffeurs, and providing real-time updates to executive clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years UAE dispatch experience, strong knowledge of local routes, and proficiency with GPS tracking and CRM tools. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus for regional coordination.

Qualifications

2–3 years of UAE dispatch experience in premium services.
Strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi highways and routes.
Proficient with GPS tracking, dispatch software, and CRM tools.
Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fleet & Route Planning: Optimize daily luxury fleet utilization across the UAE and cross-border routes.
Driver Assignment: Allocate chauffeurs to corporate, leisure, and airport transfer bookings.
Client Communications: Provide booking updates, arrival notices, and service changes to high-profile clients and corporate coordinators.
Data Accuracy: Maintain error-free data entry for all trip dispatches, schedules, and live flight tracking metrics.
