Job summary

Etoile Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Sales Attendant to act as the main interlocutor for customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining clean, well-displayed merchandise. You will operate the till, manage a client database, and help achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, prior fashion/luxury retail experience, fluent English with Arabic a plus, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset ready to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Prior experience in fashion/luxury retail is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Shows ownership and a self-driven attitude.
• Detail-oriented with strong relationship skills.
• Merchandising, gift wrapping and cash handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Focus on upselling and increasing average transaction value.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to foster loyalty.
• Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards, cleanliness and stock rotation.
• Support stock handling, inventories and store refreshes.
• Monitor customer flow and deter theft or violations.
• Develop and maintain a personal client database.
