Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Captain to deliver impeccable service in a luxury setting. You will lead dining operations, set up tables, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience across outlets.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years’ experience in 5‑star luxury hotels, with knowledge of food and wine and strong sales skills. Excellent communication and presentation are essential for success at Four Seasons.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Knowledge in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• Discuss food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• Set up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/cleaning tables.
