Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a Food & Beverage Captain to lead guest beverage and dining service, delivering the luxury experience our guests expect across our outlets and hotel setting.

You will set up tables, serve food and beverages, discuss food and wine with guests, and ensure impeccable table care. Candidates should have 1–2 years’ experience in 5-star hotels and a passion for exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in 5 star luxury hotels in a similar role.
• Knowledge in the areas of food and wine, and should possess outstanding sale skills.
• This role requires comfort discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for offering guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience.
• This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
• The Food & Beverage Captain will be responsible for setting up tables, serving food and beverage to guests, and clearing/ cleaning tables.
