Job summary

Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites in Dubai is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests, while supporting daily restaurant operations and upholding luxury hospitality standards.

You will welcome guests, present menus, explain selections, take orders, serve meals, maintain tables and service areas, ensure hygiene, reconcile guest requests, and coordinate with the kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
• Present menus, explain selections, and provide recommendations
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards
• Prepare and maintain restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant and service areas
• Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and F&B team to ensure smooth service
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown as needed
• Handle guest bills and payments when assigned
• Promote menu specials and additional offerings to enhance the dining experience
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or maintenance concerns
• Follow hotel grooming standards and service procedures
