Job summary

Avani Hotels and Resorts is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant at Avani Palm View Dubai. You will deliver friendly, attentive service in a luxury dining setting, assist guests with seating, take orders, and ensure timely service in line with brand standards.

You will maintain restaurant cleanliness, coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams, handle guest requests and dietary needs, and support buffet and service areas while upholding HACCP and health & safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist seating and dining arrangements.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage selections, and provide recommendations when required.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant tables, service stations, and dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Ensure tables are properly set with clean cutlery, glassware, crockery, and other required items.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and special dietary requirements.
• Coordinate with the Kitchen and other F&B team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, clearing, and breakdown when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, equipment, and service areas.
• Follow HACCP, food safety, personal hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle guest bills and payments accurately when assigned.
• Promote menu specials and additional offerings to enhance the guest dining experience.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages, damaged equipment, or maintenance concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow hotel grooming standards, service procedures, and health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties assigned by the F&B Supervisor or Assistant F&B Manager
