Job summary

CXG in Dubai seeks a Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence lead to shape CXG's point of view across luxury, beauty, watches, automotive and hospitality. You will research, write and publish original content while coordinating with Practices, Regions and Solutions.

You will manage one Market Intelligence teammate, develop topics, and steer CXG's weekly industry brief and external events, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing thought leadership, editorial content or insight-led communications in consulting, research, customer experience, retail or luxury environments.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a portfolio of original, evidence-led content.

Responsibilities

• Define thought leadership strategy, themes, audiences, formats and publication calendar.
• Coordinate content creation across Practices, Solutions and Regions; push/pull ideas from stakeholders.
• Develop topics connecting CXG's expertise across markets and reflect regional differences.
• Research, interview internal experts, write and edit articles and perspectives with evidence.
• Ensure analysis is sound, contextualised and respects client confidentiality.
