Job summary

WPP Media seeks a CX Analytics Leader to define and drive the CX Analytics strategy across the client journey, working with subject matter experts to develop best-practice programs and lead a high-performance team.

The role involves managing tech partner relationships, delivering knowledge sessions, and shaping data-driven solutions across CX, MarTech, and analytics disciplines for major clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in CX, MarTech, AdTech, Data and Analytics.
• Development and clear communication of data strategies and roadmaps for clients.
• Senior stakeholder management in client and agency contexts.
• Client servicing and account management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead CX Analytics strategy and operational plan to execute the vision.
• Manage partnerships with tech providers and represent CX, Data & Tech at industry events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and clients.
• Guide the team in designing data collection and tracking practices, SLAs and data integrity.
• Oversee analytics projects and mentor team to deliver high-quality outputs.
