This office-based role requires fluency in English, a passion for service, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekend shifts are part of the schedule, with a competitive AED 8,500 monthly salary plus a KPI-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service across calls, live chat, and emails.
• Protect our customers' time by adhering to operational SLAs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by upholding our luxury communication standards.
• Maintain customer satisfaction targets.
• Investigate and resolve customer and chauffeur issues quickly and efficiently.
• Understand, prioritise and relay customer feedback to senior management and relevant teams.
• Contribute to and improve customer experiences to support company growth.
