Job summary

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our brand, communications, campaigns, and audience engagement. You will shape the luxury brand messaging, oversee digital channels, and drive revenue through memberships and events.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in luxury marketing, strong content creation skills, and a proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns that resonate with high-end audiences in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, communications, hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, private clubs, or a similar role.
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation, email marketing, and brand management.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the Royal Stables’ objectives.
• Manage the brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and marketing standards.
• Plan and execute campaigns to increase brand awareness, memberships, bookings, events, and revenue.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Develop marketing calendars, campaign plans, briefs, and promotional materials.
• Manage the Royal Stables’ social media presence and online community engagement.
• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design, copywriting, and other creative requirements.
• Collaborate with membership, sales, hospitality, equestrian, events, and operations teams.
