Job summary

The Finery, the luxury garment care house from Washmen in Dubai, seeks a senior Brand Marketing lead to own the brand voice across content, social and partnerships. You will collaborate with a dedicated brand creative and videographer to tell craft stories and drive bookings.

Based in Dubai, you will report to the Marketing Director, shaping prestige communications, events and editorial strategy for discerning clients and top-tier partners.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in brand, content or integrated marketing for a premium consumer brand.
• A real feel for luxury: restraint, craft, exclusivity and the client relationship.
• Strong art direction and editorial eye.
• Content that converts in luxury: builds desire and drives bookings.
• Excellent English writing in a refined voice.
• Data-driven to the core: use data to fuel decisions.
• Experience with Operations and Product teams in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Guard and elevate The Finery's voice, art direction, packaging and in-store experience.
• Personal, high-value client communication and programmes for loyal and top-tier clients.
• Art-direct editorial content with brand creative and videographer.
• Build The Finery's editorial voice on Instagram and with tastemakers.
• Grow partnerships with luxury maisons and boutiques; host client events at Bluewaters.
• Own the website and booking experience.
• Partner with Operations and Product to deliver brand promises.
• Track client value, retention, referrals and partner revenue.
