Luxury Brand & Licensing Manager – Watches & Jewelry

Job summary

Confidential seeks a dynamic Brand, Licensing & Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our luxury watch and jewelry brands in the UAE. You will drive brand positioning, marketing execution, licensing, sales support, supplier coordination, and stock management.

You will translate market insights into commercially successful strategies and lead cross-functional teams across sales, creative, and logistics to deliver compelling brand experiences in a multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, licensing, or related commercial role.
• Experience in watches and jewelry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and licensing.
• Experience in advertising, promotions, campaign planning, and market analysis.
• Strong commercial understanding, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, sales analysis, and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives and market requirements.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and brand performance.
• Coordinate new collection launches and brand initiatives across customer and regional markets.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans across multiple channels and markets.
• Manage catalogues, product communication, advertising calendars, PR, media planning, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate gifts with purchase (GWP) and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all markets and customer touchpoints.
• Monitor marketing effectiveness and ensure activities align with brand objectives and budgets.
• Follow up on pending orders, pricing issues, production status, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers on collection planning, forecasting, pricing, and order placement.
• Ensure new collections are communicated and rolled out to customers well in advance.
• Work with internal teams to resolve shipment, stock, and product discrepancies.
