Job summary

ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS in Dubai seeks an experienced Brand Manager with a luxury fashion background to lead brand performance, commercial strategy, and retail operations across the GCC. You will develop and execute brand strategies, drive sales and profitability, oversee buying, merchandising, pricing, and stock, and manage relationships with international principals and key stakeholders.

Strong leadership, analytical and strategic planning skills are essential to identify growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience in brand management within luxury fashion, designer apparel, or premium fashion retail.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L management, sales growth, and profitability.
• Solid understanding of buying, merchandising, pricing, and retail operations.
• Experience managing luxury fashion brands and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
