Job summary

Loro Piana in Abu Dhabi seeks a Client Advisor to represent the brand in store, delivering exceptional service and maintaining brand standards. You will manage client relationships, display products per procedures, and support sales targets while collaborating with the team to sustain a premium shopping environment.

The role requires luxury retail experience, brand passion, and fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

Experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
Brand identity alignment and attention to detail.
Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
Fluent English, spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Represents the Company with clients in Boutique/Stores and ensures customer satisfaction.
Adheres to brand standards throughout the sales process and after-sales.
Collaborates with colleagues to maintain a positive store environment and performance.
Receives and displays products according to established procedures.
Maintains a tidy working area following company guidelines.
Participates in store and department meetings and CRM follow-ups.
Manages after-sales service and client claims with supervisor support.
Keeps updated on product knowledge across categories.
