Qualifications

Experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique is required.
Brand identity alignment and attention to detail.
Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability.
Fluent English, spoken and written; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Represents the Company with clients in Boutique/Stores and ensures customer satisfaction.
Adheres to brand standards throughout the sales process and after-sales.
Collaborates with colleagues to maintain a positive store environment and performance.
Receives and displays products according to established procedures.
Maintains a tidy working area following company guidelines.
Participates in store and department meetings and CRM follow-ups.
Manages after-sales service and client claims with supervisor support.
Keeps updated on product knowledge across categories.
