Chalhoub Group seeks a Beauty Consultant to deliver outstanding customer service and expert makeup knowledge to drive sales across luxury beauty brands. You will maintain counter standards, assist with stock, and participate in launches and promotions to enhance guest experiences.

You will advise on products, demonstrate benefits, and strive to meet or exceed daily and seasonal targets while upholding brand guidelines and merchandising excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years of beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to build loyalty.
• Address questions about products, prices, availability, uses, and services.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their needs.
• Demonstrate usage and benefits of brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets using makeup knowledge.
• Track sell-out at store level and generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in incentives and track post-launch sales.
• Ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines and stock is replenished.
