Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in the UAE, a leader in luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle retail, is seeking a customer-focused Sales Associate. You will greet clients, advise on products, demonstrate cosmetics, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service in a premium environment.

You will build lasting relationships with regular customers, maintain store standards, assist with promotions, and ensure accurate till operations and stock replenishment. Grooming and presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience in beauty.
• Training or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or Make-up.
• Strong grooming and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs to tailor products.
• Demonstrate and cross-sell suitable products to customers.
• Close sales and provide efficient till point service.
• Build relationships with regular customers through follow-ups.
• Maintain store standards and assist with stock replenishment.
