Job summary
One at Palm Jumeirah is seeking a Wellness/Beach Supervisor to oversee the pool, beach and wellness areas, leading a dedicated team to deliver attentive, refined service for residents and guests.
The role requires hands-on leadership, strong operational focus, and a commitment to safety, cleanliness and presentation, with opportunities to contribute to a legendary guest experience within a luxury hospitality environment.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within a luxury hotel, resort, private beach club, or high-end residential environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Pool, Beach, and Wellness Areas, leading your team to deliver attentive, welcoming, and luxurious service.
- Supervise the preparation, opening, and closing of the pool, beach, and wellness areas; coordinate beverage service and sun-lounger setup.
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and safety throughout the day across indoor and outdoor areas.
- Lead by example to create memorable, relaxing experiences for residents and their families.
