Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end environment.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellence in service.
• Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and adapting to various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with quality and presentation.
• Deliver exceptional service by building genuine guest relationships and anticipating preferences.
• Promote and upsell signature beverages, seasonal offerings, pastries, and other menu items to drive revenue.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of beverage and food offerings and tailor recommendations to guests.
• Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste, and service, reflecting luxury hotel standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and barista equipment, ensuring minimal interruptions.
• Monitor inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies; communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with stock receiving, storing, rotating, and food safety compliance.
