Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation.
• Deliver exceptional guest service by building genuine relationships and anticipating preferences.
• Promote and upsell beverages, pastries, and menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of beverage and food offerings and recommend products to guests.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and barista equipment; ensure proper inventory and stock control.
• Adhere to food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
