Job summary

One&Only Resorts in Dubai seeks a passionate Coffee/Bar Specialist to uphold the brand’s signature beverage standards in the new One&Only One Zabeel. You will manage coffee stock, curate the menu, train staff, and ensure high service levels in a luxury hotel setting, with emphasis on food safety and guest satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Understanding origin of coffee and industry grading models.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and directing bar operations to provide quality beverages.
• Manage coffee stocks, sales data and coffee menu.
• Review coffee offering to match current trends and diverse guest base.
• Support outlets in driving coffee sales and training staff.
• Record guest preferences in reservations system under Coffee segment.
• Ensure food safety compliance with brand and local requirements.
• Maintain honest records and report concerns affecting food safety.
