Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team on site in Abu Dhabi. You will prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, interact with guests, and ensure the bar is well stocked and welcoming. A Cash handling role with POS system experience is part of the daily routine.

Two years of F&B experience and a basic education pass are preferred. Night, weekend and holiday shifts are part of the job, with opportunities to grow in a vibrant Yas Island environment.

Qualifications

• You’ll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks and maintain bar stock.
• Two years of proven F&B experience preferred.
• Compliant with local laws on food handling and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Interact with guests, take orders, mix drinks, and ensure a clean bar.
• Operate cash register and manage ordering information system.
• Assist with stock and bar setup during shifts.
