Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hotel experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, reservations and guest service.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in hotel systems (OPERA, POS).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, manage reservations, waiting lists and seating.
• Explain menu and restaurant offerings to guests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, promotions and facilities.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or complaints.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team for smooth operations.
• Prepare buffet tags and food labels.
• Handle phone and email inquiries promptly.
• Assist other restaurant areas to ensure guest service.
