Job summary

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai is seeking a creative Videographer/Photographer to develop engaging digital content that showcases our hotel, dining experiences, guest stories, and lifestyle offerings.

The role involves producing high-quality photography, videography, reels, and graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns while aligning with brand standards. Collaboration across departments, event coverage, and content calendar management are key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of content creation, social media management, or digital marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Proficiency in photography, videography, editing, and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual content development skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities with multi-project handling.
• Strong communication skills and cross-department collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and produce engaging content including photography, videography, reels, and graphics for social channels and campaigns.
• Plan content strategies to promote rooms, dining, events, and guest experiences.
• Attend and cover hotel events to capture high-quality content for real-time and future use.
• Collaborate with Rooms, F&B, Recreation, and Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities and ensure accurate representation.
• Monitor trends and competitor activity to craft relevant content and boost engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with Hyatt brand standards and guidelines.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library of photos, videos, graphics, and marketing materials.
• Prepare content calendars and support publishing across digital platforms.
• Maintain records of projects, approvals, and marketing activities with deadlines.
• Support promotional campaigns, partnerships, and PR activities.
• Uphold professionalism, creativity, and confidentiality in handling content.
