Job summary

Fairmont Ajman, part of the Accor group, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support approved campaigns for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah. You will coordinate activities across rooms, F&B, spa, and events to deliver consistent campaigns.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 1–2 years of marketing experience in hospitality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms is needed, with strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Hospitality or luxury brand experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail with strong brand awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across two properties.
• Well-organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of approved marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions for Fairmont Ajman and Fairmont Fujairah.
• Coordinate marketing activities across rooms, food & beverage, spa, and events.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Fairmont and Accor brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the creation, updates, and distribution of marketing collateral.
• Assist in managing social media content calendars and support content creation.
• Coordinate website content updates, including offers, promotions, and imagery.
• Support PR initiatives, media visits, influencer collaborations, and hosted experiences.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and post-campaign evaluations.
• Maintain marketing trackers, asset libraries, and budget follow-ups.
