Your responsibilities include managing FWS for UAE Direct B2C Business, developing business and growth plans, and working with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.

  • Achieve/exceed KPIs: HSSE, volume, net revenue, channel/product growth, and sales excellence.
  • Manage existing contracts and pursue new contract opportunities.

  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for joint promotional activities and initiatives.
  • Assess business performance and strategies, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Monitor competitors and market activities.
  • Maintain good relationships with support functions to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide sales forecasts and coordinate supply chain logistics.
  • Monitor market trends and value chain activities.
  • Focus on personal development through training and skill enhancement.
What you bring

  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable with numbers, business finance, and economic levers.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting to all organizational levels.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or SFA.
