Job summary

ENOC Laboratory Assistant position in Dubai involves assisting laboratory chemists and the QA/QC Manager in operating the lubricants oils and greases lab. The role focuses on sample collection, proper storage, and maintaining clean laboratory facilities to support efficient testing and compliance.

The candidate should have a high school certificate or laboratory apprenticeship and 1–2 years’ experience in a lubricants blending plant, with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School certificate and/or apprenticeship in a laboratory from a recognized institute.
• 1–2 years of experience preferably in lubricants blending plant.

Responsibilities

• Draws samples of raw material, packaging material and finished products as per the directives of the lab chemist and the QA/QC Manager.
• Maintains the laboratory and laboratory equipment/apparatus in a absolutely clean condition at all times.
• Ensures proper storage and easy recall of the laboratory retention samples.
• Ensures the adequate supply of laboratory chemicals is available for testing by replenishment from the store at proper intervals.
• Assists in ensuring minimum batch release time.
• Participates in the implementation of the HSE policy of the company and follow safe working practises across the plant. Supports the laboratory management system.
• Other Responsibilities as per Company’s Rules and Delegation of Authority Manual.
