Job description

Contract 8 months renewable

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Analyst to assist with the LPM project
  1. Assist in requirement gathering for the development of the LPM system.
  2. Assist in the data cleansing activity of the facilities to be fed into the LPM system.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the developed systems and modules, along with timely reporting of defects.
  4. Assume the maker role in the LPM system to create and test the Covenant Trackers.
  5. Review facility documents (e.g., LMA) and check the terms of the facility.
  6. Review various waivers and amendment requests received from the Agent or the Borrowers/Coverage Team.
  7. Highlight early warning signals from the latest financials, covenant compliance certificates, and other news sources.
  8. Assist the LPM team in seeking necessary information during the annual review of the facility.
  9. Conduct periodic reviews of document deficiencies, including any security or collateral held in the LPM portfolio.
