Job summary

Confidential in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Project Engineer to lead LPG gas infrastructure projects from planning to handover, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget compliance. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams and coordinate with authorities to secure approvals and maintain project momentum.

The role requires 5–8 years in LPG/oil&gas, PMP and UAE driving license, with a track record of delivering complex installations across residential, commercial and industrial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ME/EE/CE/Civil) or related field.
• 5-8 years' LPG gas project experience in oil & gas sector.
• PMP certification preferred; NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• Experience delivering LPG installations across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop project execution plans, schedules, milestones and resources.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX, forecasts and cash flow to target profitability.
• Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Coordinate design, drawings, BOQs, and specs with the engineering team.
• Lead meetings with clients, consultants and contractors; ensure regulatory approvals.
• Control variations, claims and contractual correspondence; document handover.
• Uphold HSE standards and QA/QC; promote zero incidents throughout lifecycle.
