Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel in Dubai seeks an experienced Lounge Manager to support daily operations of the Lounge outlet. You will lead staff, ensure exceptional guest service, and drive sales while maintaining cost controls and compliance with food safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in at least two languages is preferred, with opportunities for international transfer within the

Qualifications

• Previous working experience in similar role or management level is preferred.
• Proven experience in restaurant or lounge management.
• Exposed to Michelin Star restaurant is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in at least two international languages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Restaurants & Bars in daily lounge operations.
• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote PR, and handle guest requests and complaints.
• Control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory and cash control.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Observe facilities and equipment, recommend improvements.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in driving sales and promoting the restaurant.
