Job description

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in investigative or loss prevention field, preferably in retail, e-commerce, warehouse, and manufacturing industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills with basic knowledge of English and vernacular languages
  • Ability to work with business tools and understand business metrics
  • Proven ability to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience managing stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong business ethics, integrity, and discretion
  • Willingness to travel between Emirates/sites; a valid driving license and transportation are essential

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform risk assessments of sites and operational models, and develop mitigation measures
  • Manage physical security through guarding services and monitor electronic surveillance devices
  • Conduct detailed investigations within policy frameworks, identify root causes, and prepare reports with management action plans for process improvements
  • Implement corrective and preventive measures to reduce shrinkage
  • Build effective relationships within the team and manage stakeholders to ensure closure of action plans
  • Manage security vendor services to meet SLAs and train guarding staff on S&LP processes
  • Oversee preventative maintenance of security devices and train staff on emergency procedures
  • Coordinate with government agencies at site level

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in investigative or loss prevention, preferably in retail, e-commerce, warehouse, or manufacturing industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and basic knowledge of English and vernacular languages
  • Ability to work with business tools and understand metrics
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Strong ethics, integrity, and discretion
  • Willingness to travel; valid driving license and transportation required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Military or law enforcement experience is preferred
  • Experience in retail or logistics security management is a plus
