Job Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive HVAC design training programs that cover essential principles and advanced techniques, ensuring candidates grasp both theoretical and practical aspects.
• Create instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities, that engage learners and enhance their understanding of HVAC systems.
• Stay updated on the latest industry standards, technologies, and regulations to provide current and relevant training to candidates.
• Assess candidates' knowledge and skills through quizzes, practical assessments, and feedback sessions to ensure they meet industry benchmarks.
• Facilitate discussions and group activities that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among trainees, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Provide individualized guidance and mentorship to candidates, helping them navigate challenges and develop their unique skills in HVAC design.
• Utilize simulation software and design tools during training sessions to give candidates practical experience in real-world scenarios.
• Organize workshops and hands-on lab sessions where candidates can apply HVAC design concepts to real-life projects.
• Communicate effectively with candidates about their progress, areas for improvement, and career development opportunities within the HVAC industry.
