Job description

We are hiring a Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, on-time order fulfillment, and full compliance with safety protocols. You will lead a small team, operate WMS tools, and coordinate closely with last-mile delivery teams. Key Responsibilities: • Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch • Lead picking, packing, and shipping processes using barcode and WMS tools • Ensure inventory accuracy ?95% and minimize stock discrepancies (?2%) • Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure ?98% dispatch timeliness • Supervise and train warehouse staff, maintain safety and cleanliness standards • Conduct cycle counts and audits to uphold inventory health • Report to the Logistics/Warehouse Manager with regular KPIs and updates Tools & Technologies: WMS / CRM systems | Barcode Scanners | Digital Inventory Tools Compensation: Competitive salary and medical insurance provided Industry: E-commerce | Retail Logistics | Supply Chain Location: Warehouse-based (GCC – Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait)
