Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Transport Supervisor to oversee day-to-day transport operations, manage drivers, coordinate trips, and ensure smooth port and warehouse deliveries across the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of transportation logistics, cost control, and driver coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of drivers to ensure timely and efficient transportation operations.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor trips for port and warehouse deliveries across the UAE.
• Prepare and maintain trip sheets, transport schedules, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with ports, warehouses, and internal operations teams for smooth cargo movement.
• Prepare transport cost sheets and monitor operational expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with UAE transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Track vehicle utilization, driver performance, and delivery timelines.
• Handle day-to-day transport-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support the Operations/Transport Manager in improving transport efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics/transport supervision within the UAE.
• Hands‑on experience in port and warehouse deliveries is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE transport operations, routing, and fleet coordination.
• Experience in preparing transport cost sheets and managing trip planning.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and transport documentation is preferred.
