Ensure incoming products are traceable, stocked appropriately, preserved according to quality standards, all in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
Monitor all shelf life items, upcoming inspections, expiry dates, preservation requirements, and calibration due dates.
Transfer items to sub store and other stores as required.
Receive requisitions from users, prepare delivery, initiate, edit, and process requisitions to stock. Identify open requirements and issue accordingly.
Contact customers, supply organizations, transportation units, and others to obtain material status information, follow up on urgently required items, and expedite delivery to work sites.
Use software for requisition processing, warehouse management, shipping/transportation preparation, and record keeping.
Search catalogs and records to obtain or correct stock or part numbers, or find authorized substitutes.
Understand hazard and risk assessment techniques per SDS. Resolve storage, safety, and HAZMAT storage issues, and dispose of hazardous materials per regulations.
Perform containment or confinement operations within available resources and PPE, in accordance with SDS.
Manage storage space, develop location systems, and maintain storage facilities and equipment. Assist in inventory management of retail and wholesale supplies.
Maintain and monitor the Key Control Program.
Ensure import and export of ITAR items comply with regulations.
Maintain property accountability and asset visibility, ensuring 100% accountability.
Monitor and report issues with sensitive and high-value equipment, supporting the command supply discipline program (CSDP).
Conduct physical inventories, and adjust or maintain inventory and property records.
Perform monthly cyclic inventories and random checks to ensure accuracy.
Track shelf life items and TBO in stock.
Maintain accountability for all property assigned.
Check storage supply inventories periodically, initiate disposition of excesses, and recommend stock level adjustments.
Process unserviceable parts for repair, evaluate repair quotations, and maintain repair tracking records.
Prepare and pack unserviceable parts for shipping, and follow up on repair statuses to expedite delivery.
Monitor vendor performance and report trends or defects to management.
Manage warranty claims, negotiate rejections, and evaluate technical rejections.
Conduct visual inspections prior to receiving parts after repair to ensure no damage.

Qualification
- High School Diploma with certified logistics training from civilian or military agency. - Formal HAZMAT operations training preferred. - Knowledge of computers, MS Word, Excel, Access is a plus. - Hands-on training with civilian or military automated supply systems.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in logistics or aircraft supply operations. - Experience working in a spare parts warehouse. - Forklift operation experience within a warehouse. - Experience as a HAZMAT Technician or in warehousing and supply operations is a plus. - Ability to read, interpret technical documents, manuals, and data.
