Job summary

DBB in Abu Dhabi seeks a Logistic System Administrator to support logistics operations across road, marine, and infrastructure projects. You will administer logistics systems, maintain data accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers.

You will track shipments, support planning, prepare reports, and drive system improvements while adhering to safety and regulatory requirements. This role offers growth in complex logistics networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience administering logistics, fleet, transport, supply chain, or project management systems.
• Familiarity with road transportation, marine logistics, and infrastructure project operations.
• Strong data management, reporting, and spreadsheet skills; ERP/TMS/WMS experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of system access controls, troubleshooting, integrations, and data quality.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with technical and operational teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accurate records and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain logistics, transportation, and infrastructure management systems.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot user issues, and coordinate resolutions with IT or software vendors.
• Manage user access, permissions, master data, system updates, and documentation.
• Track road and marine transport activities, including schedules, fleet or vessel movements, and delivery status.
• Support logistics planning for infrastructure projects, coordinating schedules, resources, and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records for shipments, routes, assets, permits, service providers, and project activities.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on logistics performance, costs, delays, and system usage.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, finance, project teams, contractors, and transport providers.
• Support system integrations and data exchanges with related business applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, data quality, and system efficiency.
• Train users and provide guidance on system procedures and best practices.
• Follow company policies and applicable safety, security, and regulatory requirements.
