Job Overview
As a Logistics Supervisor at Amazon, you will support the daily management of delivery station operations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you ll lead logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates, ensuring that all shipments are handled efficiently and safely. Your core focus will be on labor planning, performance tracking, team development, and implementing process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

* Oversee shift planning and workflow execution for receiving, stowing, and dispatch
