Logistics Supervisor Import / Export

A trading company specializing in the international import and export of food products is looking for a Logistics Import-Export Supervisor to support its growing operations in Dubai.

Reporting directly to management, you will oversee daily logistics operations and supervise a team of three logistics assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate daily import-export operations (order tracking, transportation, customs)

Supervise and manage a team of three logistics assistants

Handle import / export documentation (invoices, certificates, letters of credit, customs documents)

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients

Ensure compliance with deadlines and international trade regulations

Optimize operational processes

Provide regular reporting to management

Profile :

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in international logistics or import-export operations

Prior experience in supervising or managing a small team

Strong knowledge of import / export documentation and customs procedures

Professional proficiency in English

Highly organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented
