Logistics Supervisor Import / Export

A trading company specializing in the international import and export of food products is looking for a Logistics Import-Export Supervisor to support its growing operations in Dubai.

Reporting directly to management, you will oversee daily logistics operations and supervise a team of three logistics assistants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily import-export operations (order tracking, transportation, customs)
• Supervise and manage a team of three logistics assistants
• Handle import / export documentation (invoices, certificates, letters of credit, customs documents)
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and international trade regulations
• Optimize operational processes
• Provide regular reporting to management

Profile :

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in international logistics or import-export operations

Prior experience in supervising or managing a small team

Strong knowledge of import / export documentation and customs procedures

Professional proficiency in English

Highly organized, autonomous, and solution-oriented
