What you’ll do:

• Deputize for the Shift as required.
• Debrief all staff and ensure that paperwork is accurately completed.
• Perform duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct security checks before the end of the shift.
• Assign work to staff to support workflow and daily metrics.
• Support the development of a strong health and safety culture through compliance with legislation and policies.
• Analyze logistics complaints, investigate root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Manage logistics billing, conduct analysis, and control costs.
• Manage, design, and implement complex logistics projects and initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support new projects. This role requires breaking down complex issues into manageable parts and developing functional processes to ensure timely and successful delivery.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in e-commerce or a related field.
• Strong experience as a business partner, supporting decision-making and strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to develop work plans and ensure stakeholder compliance.
