LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

We are seeking to hire a Logistics Supervisor who will join our Logistics team. The Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and evaluating store and logistics operations. This role involves liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies, and customers. The Supervisor will organize the storage and distribution of parts/tools/equipments, ensuring that the right items are delivered to the correct locations at the appropriate times and at a reasonable cost. This is a full-time job based in Abu Dhabi.

Required candidate profile:

1. Bachelor s in engineering, or advanced degree in Logistics or SCM, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in different functions of aviation store and logistics, in which 2-3 years in a supervisory role, preferably in an MRO environment.
3. In-depth understanding of aircraft materials, components, spares, and tooling.
4. Knowledge of GCAA/EASA/FAA/SM CAA requirements and MRO-specific logistics/stores procedures.
5. Experience in the Aviation Quality SOPs, Q pulse - document management system and Airworthiness Authorities requirements related to material and tool management.
6. Experienced in conducting Risk Assessments in the department and carry out RCA, CA, PA.
7. Knowledge of import and export rules and regulations in the UAE and in relevant countries.
8. Strong experience in reading, understanding & interpreting approved documentation (AD, CMM, IPC, AMM, RSPL, SB), etc.
9. Leadership skills, the ability to lead and supervise people, and handle multiple projects simultaneously are required.
10. Strong decision-making, analytical skills, customer service skills and the ability to develop proactive solutions in a complex business environment.
11. UAE Driving License endorsed with a forklift (preferred).
12. Authorized Good Receiving Inspector for materials and tools.
