What you’ll do:

  • Deputize for the Shift as required.
  • Debrief staff and ensure paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Perform security checks before the end of the shift.
  • Assign work to staff to support workflow and metrics.
  • Support the development of health and safety practices and initiatives, ensuring compliance with legislation and policy.
  • Analyze logistics complaints, investigate root causes, implement corrective/preventive actions, and verify improvements.
  • Manage logistics billing, analysis, and cost control.
  • Manage and implement complex logistics projects and new initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project success and timely delivery.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or a related field.
  • Strong experience as a business partner in decision support and strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop project work plans and ensure stakeholder compliance.
