Your responsibilities:

• Support the overall, daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager when required.
• Prioritize and improve safety at the delivery station.
• Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to meet and exceed operational KPIs.
• Monitor performance and coach team members as needed.
• Collaborate with supporting departments to enhance logistics processes and communicate expectations with delivery service providers.
• Participate in interviewing candidates for associate roles.
• Brief and monitor workload of drivers and associates, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately.
• Track and report on site performance metrics regularly.
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates.
• Address and resolve process-related issues.
• Work flexible shifts and overtime when necessary.
• Resource your team effectively, including managing absences, performance, and training needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing teams.
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics.
• Experience with data analysis.
